Overview
This website arranges mold remediation services in Greater New Orleans and surrounding areas. We do not perform the work ourselves. All mold inspection, containment, removal, and treatment is completed by independent local mold remediation specialists.
By submitting an enquiry or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Our Role
We review your request and arrange for a suitable mold remediation specialist to contact you with a quote and availability. We are not the service provider. We do not employ, direct, or control the specialists who perform the work.
Each specialist operates independently. They set their own pricing, schedule, methods, and terms of service.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your property and the mold issue. You are responsible for evaluating the specialist's quote, credentials, and insurance before agreeing to any work.
You enter into a separate agreement directly with the specialist. We are not a party to that agreement.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee availability, response time, pricing, or work quality. We do not warrant that a specialist will accept your request or that the work will meet your expectations.
The specialist is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and compliance of their work.
Liability Limits
We are not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or dispute arising from the specialist's work or conduct. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions.
You release us from any claims related to the specialist's performance, delays, pricing, or any other aspect of the service.
Referral Fees
We may receive a referral fee or other compensation from specialists when we arrange an introduction. This does not affect the price you pay or the specialist's independence.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
